东东：早起的一天

早上zǎo shang六lìu点diǎn五wǔ十shí，东dōng东dōng起床qǐ chuáng了liǎo。

At six fifty in the morning, 东东 got up.

他tā先xiān刷牙shuā yá洗xǐ脸liǎn，再zài吃chī早饭zǎo fàn。今天jīn tiān的de早饭zǎo fàn是shì牛奶níu nǎi、鸡蛋jī dàn和hé面包miàn bāo。

First brushing teeth and washing up, then breakfast: milk, eggs and bread.

七qī点diǎn半bàn，他tā背bèi起qǐ书包shū bāo去qù上学shàng xué。路上lù shang，他tā看见kàn jiàn一yī只zhī小xiǎo白bái狗gǒu，很hěn可爱kě ài。

At seven thirty 东东 shouldered the schoolbag and went to school. On the way, a cute little white dog appeared.

东dōng东dōng蹲dūn下来xià lai摸mō了liǎo摸mō小xiǎo狗gǒu的de头tóu，说shuō：小xiǎo狗gǒu，我wǒ要yào去qù上学shàng xué了liǎo，再见zài jiàn。

东东 crouched down, patted the puppy's head and said: little dog, I am off to school, bye.

到dào了liǎo学校xué xiào，东dōng东dōng说shuō：新xīn的de一yī天tiān，我wǒ要好yào hǎo好学hào xué中文zhōng wén。

Arriving at school, 东东 said: a new day, I will study Chinese well.
