LinZi is built local-first. Your deck, review history, placement results and settings live on your device, not on our servers.

What we collect

• Learning data: stored locally on your device (progress, decks, settings). We cannot see it.
• Purchases: handled by the App Store / Google Play via RevenueCat. We receive a pseudonymous entitlement status (an app-user id and whether pro_access is active), never payment details.
• Optional cloud backup: if you connect Google Drive or iCloud, your backup file is stored in your own account's hidden app folder. We never access it.
• School licenses: redeeming a class join code sends a pseudonymous install id to our licensing server so a seat can be provisioned.
• Pilot form: the /schools form sends the fields you type (name, email, institution) to our server to arrange a pilot.

What we never do

• No analytics trackers, no ad networks, no third-party SDK telemetry.
• No selling or sharing of personal data.
• No account required to learn.

Your controls

• Export or wipe all data from Settings → Export progress.
• Deleting the app removes all local data.
• Write to support@linzi.app to remove a school-seat association or a pilot lead.

Children & schools

School deployments use pseudonymous install ids; student identity is managed by the institution's join codes, not by accounts in LinZi.
