东东：去动物园

今天jīn tiān是shì星期天xīng qī tiān，爸bà爸bà带dài东dōng东dōng去qù动物园dòng wù yuán玩wán。

Today is Sunday and Dad took 东东 to the zoo.

动物园dòng wù yuán里lǐ有yǒu老lǎo虎hǔ、大象dà xiàng和hé猴hóu子zi。东dōng东dōng最zuì喜欢xǐ huan的de是shì大熊猫dà xióng māo，它tā坐zuò在zài地上dì shang慢慢màn màn地dì吃chī竹子zhú zi。

The zoo had tigers, elephants and monkeys. 东东's favorite was the giant panda, sitting and slowly eating bamboo.

东dōng东dōng看kān了liǎo很hěn久jǐu，还huán学xué着zhuó熊猫xióng māo的de样子yàng zi吃饭chī fàn，爸bà爸bà笑xiào了liǎo。

东东 watched for a long time and even copied the panda's way of eating, which made Dad laugh.

中午zhōng wǔ，他们tā men在zài草地cǎo dì上shàng吃chī了liǎo带来dài lái的de面包miàn bāo和hé水果shuǐ guǒ。旁边páng biān的de小xiǎo鸟niǎo也yě想xiǎng吃chī，东dōng东dōng分fēn了liǎo一yī点diǎn给gěi它们tā men。

At noon they ate the bread and fruit they had brought on the grass. Little birds came too, and 东东 shared a little with them.

回家huí jiā的de时候shí hou，东dōng东dōng说shuō：我wǒ下xià个gè星期xīng qī还要hái yào来lái看kān大熊猫dà xióng māo。

On the way home 东东 said: next week I want to come see the panda again.
